Incorrect shipping information

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the label has been created.

Lost, stolen, or delayed packages

Caelivo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. You may also contact us through our contact form and we will do our best to assist.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us through our contact form as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can review the issue.

International shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries. International delivery times may vary, and additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
